If you need to return an item OR if you have questions, simply email us at support@skylersigns.com or give us a call at 940-440-2787. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Returns Policy
You may return an item if we are notified within 48 hours upon receiving your order. We will pay the cost of the return shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received a defective or incorrect sign). If the wrong sign is ordered, there will be a charge for the return shipping and either a charge or refund for the difference of the new order.
Shipping
All of our products are shipped via UPS Ground. Estimated time is 7-10 business days from the day that the order is placed. Expedited or Rush delivery is available upon request for an additional shipping fee. For next day delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. Central Time.
*Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
